What do you love about being outside?
"The feeling of openness, the fresh air, the smells, the colours, the sounds - there is so much to appreciate and be inspired by in the outdoors. "

"Depression, anxiety, stress, goal setting, motivation."
What about your training sets you apart from the rest?
"I have been exposed to many different scenarios & approaches to helping people grow and change. The workplace setting can be very structured whereas personal therapy can be more free-flowing and conversational which I love.
Most recently I have used Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques. This approach is both simple and effective in its ability to improve awareness, focus & clarity. I'm a big fan."

"Adults & teens/young adults."
Sarah talks about her experience here:
"I began my career in corporate psychology where I gained experience in team dynamics, workplace stress & grievances and performance management. Making a move to a more personal setting, I joined a team of experts from different fields looking to support and educate people wanting to improve their overall health, both physical and mental. This experience inspired me to view mental health treatment more holistically and brought me to Walk Different. I strongly believe in the benefits of outdoor therapy and the opportunities to let go, learn & connect that come with it."
